Question Photorealistic rendering and techniques

Hello all, this is my first post in here I believe. I've just started my 3D path and just got a few "real job"/freelances that involve creating buildings and interiors. The thing is, I'm not 100% satisfied with the quality of my work, and even though I don't think it's too bad, I really want to improve (a lot) and I'm sure this is the right place to be to get critiques and tips. Here's some of my latest work:

I'm mainly looking for advice on rendering configuration techniques (mental ray) and lighting, as well as texturing, material and camera shaders.

Thanks in advance.

K
