Portfolio

Hello -

A friend of mine suggested it might be useful to some, if I post up my portfolio here...
I've worked in the industry since October 2003 for Sony Computer Entertainment, working at Studio Liverpool and Evolution Studios.

My portfolio caught BioWare's attention, sufficient to get me a phone-interview, then a studio interview and ultimately an offer. I've been at BioWare Edmonton for a little over 2 months now.

I worked to get the portfolio visually consistent, and wanted to distinguish it from game-art folios that I'd seen to that point; so the main theme of it was that of a coffee-table design book, or photo-book. it's a pdf in 1080p, and is around 27Mb.

I think, if anything, it's an excercise in making the most of limited genre-work (having only worked on Racing games until this year).

Anywheys - here it is

That's a really nice presentation. For a web portfolio, I don't think it's the best idea, since people just want to watch few images during the recruitment process. And the size of the PDF is a bit huge (some people have to wait to load the page). But for presenting this at en event or during a coffee time, that's great! Keep it up! And congrats for your job at Bioware!
