Perfect. I agree myself with the rest looks great, but live one is better. Perfect retouch with Photoshop after "plastic" Z Brush made it photorealistic. Personally I hate Z Brush and it's "plastic, artificial, non real nor natural feeling". I couldn't used to it. Like many other modellers I hate this tool for total lag of ergonomics, interface, feeling and final effect. Looking at your work I think I can change my mind. When it is about modelling I'm traditionalist. Hand job without displacements. Definitely no for 3.5D sculpturing tools.

I saw nice skin shading somewhere here and at Highend 3D www.creativecrash.com/ done with 2D tools.
Finally I'm not big afficionado of "fake photo" for sure not Z Brush.

I'm going back to my 3D animation project you can find at my blog here. I'm looking for new motivation to do a progress.

No, this following character raised the bar some time ago, and hasn't found its match yet:

Seriously? The hair on that character is terrible, the skin looks fake, and I'd never mistake that one for a photo. Not trying to be mean to the person who did it because it's not bat, but it's nowhere near as good as what it posted in this thread.

Shadow

These are wonderful. I would consider that the shadow under the right eye of the first subject seems a little unrealistic. I question that there is a source that casts it.
