Mesh intersection map

Hi,

Need heeeelp.
I have a bottle with some water in it and need to apply interface IOR. On still renderings I can do it with Boolean, but in case of animated water mesh this not gonna work. I tried AO and falloff distance blend, but it outputs only face intersection. Is there any solution for this? I need
something like black shadow on object intersection.

maybe a volume select by object then a different material id by selection.

I tried that too, selection produced by volume select is jugy and not precise.
