Neo Atlantis v2


here is the alternative or improved version of my entry. I've tweaked the colors and lights, the effects are more subtle and the overall feeling is more authentic.

WIP stuff

here are some wip stuff i want to share with you.

ruff zbrush modeling:



and here you can see some of the render passes, i've needed a lot of passes to create the gloomy, mysterious mood of the underwater scenario. When the compositing was done, i've added some lens distortions like vignetting or chromatic aberrations to make the image "imperfect", lot of the details are reduced due these effects, but i think it increase the underwater feeling where you can hardly see things exactly.

Pretty nice WIP stages. Cant quite tell what it is but thats probably whats amusing about this entry. Good luck to you.

congrats on the work.

it's a very great piece because of the lack of clearness and meaning. It says more about the relation between us and foreign structures that has not been co-evolluted in time.

and very nice to see the stages too. Gives so much more insight.
