Maya freezes when rendering, bad geo?
Hello, I'm new in here, normally I would surf Google forever searching for my problem, but it's been days and I'm kind of stuck now x.x
I modelled a bottle wich has to be transparent and it has something printed on it (not a label so I can't really duplicate the object and scale it) so I used a layered shader, with Blinn, and everything was good until I tried to render it (using mental ray) it got stuck at 95% everytime and freezes, same when I hit escape, it says 0% but just stays there forever.
So I though, that maybe I was doing something wrong with the texture, or maybe It was the image file (tried with png, alpha mask, iff, etc) and everytime It crashed, I even tried with mia materials, although I don't really know how to use them very well.
Then I tried with another model, completely different file and it worked perfectly with the layered shader and same png image.
Ok, so I assume it must be that the first model is damaged maybe?, if so, do you know if it can be fixed or if I have to model it again?, but maybe I'm wrong, so what could be wrong in here? @_@
Also I didn't really find anything about this, but I'm really sorry if there's already a thread on this problem

P.S.: I'm using Maya 2012, and the model is quite simple, not heavy at all and I have windows 7 ultimate, and 8gb memory (but I don't think It should be an issue, nor the graphics card cause I tried on different computers, one with an Ati and mine with a Gforce), o and I deleted my prefs also.
