Title: War Boar

Software: Modo, Photoshop, ZBrush
Inspired by Hayao Miyazaki, this is a "Boar 101st Airborne" character. This is mainly an effort to try out goZ and the new fur rendering in Modo 401.
The base model and details with UVs where created in Modo, and then exported to Zbrush for organic detailing. I then used goZ to transfer mesh edits and updates between Modo and Zbrush as I detailed the High Rez model.
When complete, I used goZ to export the final model with displacement maps, back into Modo for texturing and rendering.
As a basis for textures I rendered AO maps in Modo, using the High rez mesh as a source and then used Photoshop and Modo’s 3D paint to create the textures.
I hope to get some feedback on the model and design before I create a full character model.

I agree the eye is too sparkly bright. I'd say the materials could be improved. They all look like they have the same reflectivity level. (Same material shader, different colors.)
