Could anyone have a look at my CAT rig??

Hi,

I´ve modeled a character and been rigging it with CAT. I´ve managed to make it "work", though there are some areas that do not deform very nicely.
I would really appreciate if anyone could have a look at the file and give me your opinions on where the problem is (character´s mesh or skinning).

runner.max (made in 3ds max 2013)

Thanks!
