Interior lighting

I did this interior for a school project. I didn't spend as much time on it as I should have (thanks christmas break) so I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice to make it look better. Thank you!

Here is the actual image. Like I said I didn't leave myself nearly enough time. So it is all my fault.

Hey man,

Could you maybe give us a little more info about your project?

What software and tools are you using?

Did you follow any tutorials?

Can you maybe post a screen grab of your scene so we can see your lights and render settings?

Are you going for a realistic look?
