How to get mia_material AO into lightmap bake.

So I have a scene set up with the mental ray artchitectural material and I am using the ambient occlusion function on the shader to get better quality lighting.

Now I want to bake this scene to lightmaps, but I have encountered the problem where the lightmap output from Render To Texture does not include the ambient occlusion calculation from the mia_material, and there seems to be no way to get it as a seperate pass to add onto the lightmap.

Does anyone know how to get the ambient occlusion in mia_material included in a baked lightmap?
