Combining transparency

I'm trying to create a material that uses a combination of texture input and facing ratio for its transparency.

So the outputted transparency will show only surfaces facing cameras (using facing ratio output of sampler info utility plugged into a ramp), plus a black and white texture for transparency. Essentially what i need to do is to use the lowest value of the two inputs to give me the transparency information, i thought a condition node to choose the lowest of each would do the trick but the facing ratio information seems to break.

Any ideas how i could do this?
