Thanks, that is a great article.

I had no idea so much effort would going into building a bank of images for composition and design, very hard to appreciate by today (I say by posting a message on the internet, what an impossible concept in the 1600s ).

Artist, businessman, scholar and diplomat... the line about feeling tired just reading about him is quite true
