How can i align a translation to another?

Hi,

sorry, there are so many interesting questions:
i would like to build a standard cube with dark edges, so i made 2 cubes, the first as a normal cube and a second one on top set to wireframe (with dark color).

1. question: i can only see the wireframe cube in ogl-mode! In software mode the wireframe stays with filled faces. Whats going on?

2. question: how can i link the wireframe-cube to the other cube so they always stay together when i move one of them?

Thanks for help!

for question number 2 i see two ways to do it:
a) use the simple expression:RMB on the translate value->simple expression-> now select both cubes and drag the "+" from the expression line onto the translate value of the other cube

b) use a merge3d node to merge both cubes and animate the merges translate, rotate, scale values (its better to leave both cubes in the origin before merging)

As of Fusion 6.4, wireframe mode is not supported in the software renderer.

That information is available in the manual: http://www.vfxpedia.com/index.php?t...usion_6/Cube_3D

Another possibility for linking the movement is you could use two Renderer3D nodes: one set to OGL for the wireframe and the other to Software for the filled faces. Then merge the renderers and color correct the wireframe to taste.
