Blender fluid simulation to C4D with Obj Sequence Importer plugin



Some of my latest development with Blender fluids and Cinema 4D. I made a demo with Absolut Vodka pouring liquid into glass. Itīs a showroom project so I cannot post animation itself here. I can post some other tests of my own later.

I am not yet 100% satisfied with liquid but itīs a good start. Thereīs some problems with speed and mesh size because it appears too thick if itīs water. The settings for viscosity is water but the problem might be the correct size of geometry.

This looks like metaballs to me, you wont get a good result using this mesh algorithm for sure. Cant tell about the fluid though, I expect even Blender to do better..

You have to crank up the resolution in the domain settings. This tutorial provides more information:

Mesh density looks exactly like metaballs
even itīs exported from Blender. Needs smaller
detailed mesh. There was some good tutorial that
describes some particle details more presicely
than the c4d obj sequence importer plugin tutorial.

Especially:
- adding particles (floats, drops & tracers)

to realistic particle details.
