vray underwater lighting

i would like some help in lighting an underwater scene,i've been searching around but haven't found a good tutorial or at least some pointers in the right direction using vray to achieve something like the attached image. i've been playing around with vray environment fog for the underwater depth and color but no luck, what would be the correct approach?

Check out the lighting challenge forum, they did an underwater scene not too long ago with some awesome tips for Snell's window and other water like functions. I also started on a thread on the vray forums about it, with Vlado making some nice comments.
