Render Farm with 3ds Max and Design

I'm trying to set up a render farm for 3ds Max. I've successfully gotten one computer on board, and of course, the one I'm animating on. Having some trouble with some of the other computers though. My computer, as well as the one that worked, has 3ds Max Design, while the others just have the trial version of normal Max installed. I'm getting an error that says "No plugin available to manage job" for the computers that don't work. Is the Max / Max Design thing a problem? Any ideas?

All computers have the same version (2012) of Max and BackBurner.

Thanks!

What that usually means is you have a plugin you are using on your work station that is not installed on the render nodes.
For example it might be Vray or some other plugin.

Most times you just need to install the plugin on the render node to have it work.

I am in the process of setting up 20 new render nodes
Hope this helps,
David
