A fun little freelance illustration I did. Took 2 days. It was done for SOAK magazine. Colored with Chalks in Painter and finished in Photoshop.

Im surprised no ones replied to this yet!

Really nice style - very original.
I like the gran and the dad best - great eyes and mouth

Andy H - Thanks! I wanted this illustration to be light hearted and humorous,
flat (kind of cut-out feeling) and simple. Thank you for replying

Very nice!!! I suggest adding some interesting family photos behind them. Pictures of them looking all happy family, so that the irony will show a bit, if you know what I mean? But then again, there's already too much in the picture.

A very good job! A welcome refreshing change! Can I see more?

I love the style! U achieved that cutout look very well.
I think Jeromoo's irony idea has some merit to it...

Cassin - Thanks!

jeromoo/skyman00 - Thanks for the suggestion! I also thought it needed a bit more... I think the pictures on the wall would be a little too much though. This is going to be a small pic (quarter page).

Instead I added a base board. I think it's done now
