Repeat last command?

Hello!
Ist there a way (plugin, script) to repeat the last command?
Would come in handy during modeling sessions.
Thanks!

EDIT: it's in the main toolbar, next to the transform icons - is there a way to put it on a key?

Usually it's just "space" button to repeat previous command.

Thanks, I see!
It's called 'Toggle Active Tool', that's why I could not find it in the command list (I have 'Model' on the space bar).
It works a bit different than I thought - it toggles between the last active selection tool and the last active modeling tool. Does not work for creating primitives, opening dialogs etc., but it's usable.

There is a upcoming plugin that can do what you are looking after. (Not released yet though)

Thanks, yes, I've read about it. Looking forward!

Custom menus are a bit off topic here, but a few years ago, when I was still using Softimage, a buddy of mine and I wrote a (free) plugin for a 'quad-menu' system, inspired by 3ds Max. Came in pretty handy.
Never really found the time to dig that deep into C4D's SDK, and redo it for C4D. There was some pretty low level C++ stuff involved, which I have forgotten...
However, a better popup-menu system, in whatever shape, would help a lot!

Thing is, Autodesk and others hold patents on UI menu stuff (which is tremendously nasty). Must be the reason why I've never seen quadrant menus anywhere else, although they are very ergonomic.
Similar story for all sorts of radial menus...
Must come from non-commercial developers, then.
