Hello MissOptimist, I have seen your latest facial sculpt and feel some area should be less defined (the sides of the mouth being one) also the nose should be wider and nostrils wider and rounded. I attach paintover...

Hello Danny, I followed your suggestions. I made the temporalis and orbicularis oculi less pronounced. I made the nostrils a bit thicker. I spent more time on fixing the lips. Made the edges a bit softer. I still have to add roundness to the masseter area:

I think the new nose looks great though from the images I've seen I still think it needs to be wider.

Thanks for all your help guys for spotting the proportion issues....That's the area that I know I really have to work on. It's a process and I definitely would like to get better in every project I create.
I began with the texturing process. The type of style that I am attempting to go for is that of the Injustice Gods Among Us video game. Dark, moody, desaturated feel.right now everything looks warm but I will be putting her in an environment with cooler colors...

Did a little rig test to see if there are any breaking of the skin when animating:

it was just very short simple animation to see if the envelopes need fixing, nothing major, quite easy. I will take my time and make a long 3d animation video soon

I went back to add more details to the textures such as scratches and dirt, also metallic leather on the torso area of the suit and metal rubber for the boots:
