Maya atribute editor and tool settings size

hi guys,

I have a technical question if possible in Maya, is that using the two windows "atribute editor" and "tool settings" monitor I have very small space to work. is possible to achieve something like the image?

You can drag the edge of each of those panels to make them wider or narrower, but there is a limit. I thought tearing those panels off might help but the scale limit is still there.

Why do you neccesarily need the tool settings open while working? I would just open them and close them as needed by using the buttons in the top right, or by double clicking the tool on the shelf at the left.

thanks for reply ,
I really want to reduce less the limit.
I have no problem on my desktop but on my laptop if I have too little working space.

I saw a screencast, there actively used hotkey and space-menu for free space by rapidly switched on and off unnecessary panels. Practice.
double speed, but the principle is clear

Why not docking it on the right together with Attribute Editor and Channel Box?
