F A N T A S T I C as usual!!! As I already told you, you need to work on the beard, Shag Hair can be a pain it seems... :\ What about the size of the ears Seb? They seem a bit big but prolly i'm wrong, excellent work as usual, maybe your most realistic so far!

hey stuzzi,

i just wake up, launch cgtalk...see stuzzi... ....lets see it!

For what you say, you´re going for a perturbated, inestable, dangerouss & wise type, right?

My very first impression was that he´s worried, annoyed, something has happened....

and yep, tweak the beard...

Thumbs down

I don't think he looks too evil, but I certainly wouldn't want him operating on me... He looks cold and calculating though! Somewhat like a James Bond villain....

But the detail is amazing, especially the skin creases and wrinkles. Love the bags under the eyes.
Only the beard needs a little work to make it look as good as the rest of the character!

Man, Stuzzi, all your characters look amazing. Everything feels correct. Yes, the beard may be the weakest link but even that looks pretty good. You did fail if you tried to make him look evil or sinister though...I think he just looks serious, like any good surgeon should be

Oef, that is great!

Hey, couldn't you write a tutorial or article or something?
I would love to know how you create these models.
Do you use a lot of reference material?
What program do you use?

Its just amazing..the details...I think the ears are a little low detail compared to the rest of the face and they look a little far to the back of the head. But i could be wrong...

The beard is a little straight, but i think the mustage is good, maybe the hairs are a bit to long or thick.

Simply amazing, looking forward to see this model finished.

Oh, he does look a bit evil, like those evil scientists in those old sc-fi movies. But he also looks like he has a conscience. There is a form of remorse in his eyes.

thx for Feedback

thirdEye_01 ===thank you guy!yes Shag hair is a Pain, maybe less intuitiv than Shave&Haircut,it's a shame but it's still good.I can't afford a large budget of polygon, however it could be the solution to have a more natural beard.
Well,I notice that the ears become "melted" through the that way the ears is longer and loose its volume.Maybe i'm wrong in that case my grandfather is a mutant .

Berko/AndyH/fried=== Thank a lot,for sure he will be finished one day.

Altermind/The_Row === Doctor Sid..? WOo WOo What a nice compliment!!thank you guy!

Koroko === you've just wake up and see me.. i prefer wake up to see a gorgeous blond woman in my calendar!!
Yes that's it..that the word i looked for:instable
Is he really looked as worried?hum?

Jhavna/wiro===Thx a lot!,Indeed he don't really look evil, but pretty instable,Unpredictable.when i modeled him i was thinking about a brillant genius who need to prove his intelligent by creating horrible creations. The evil is not him but his creations...

DogmaD===thx for compliment.i use Maya for the modeling and Max for rendering,so The beard was created with Shag&hair.
Well people told me if i can male a tutorial, each time i answer that other Cgartist already made some very nice.I have no more tips to share.the Key word is "observation"..Everyday life is my reference material. To be more precised i did not used some imagePlanes(face/profil).However i was inspired by an old man in Dune(David lynch's movie).
the ears have no wrinkles or they are to subtle to be modeled.the prespective can't really show you the location of the ears,i'll try to post a new pic soon.

goddamn guy!!...,thats awesome modeling skill !!!
the head does look incredible and gives a imperssion of an evil, yet thoughtful and calculating person who's gathered a lot of skill through years of experience...well i dont know if that was what you were going for but thats hpw i felt about him...fix the beard as you already mentioned
keep up the great work man....
can wait to see this finished.
