Actually, we just finished today. The last remaining shots have just been finalled. Words of Thanks and Congratulations descended down from the guys in charge and were toasted over with a glasses of champagne.

What a ride it's been.

avatar : creating entire world from scratch ( not recreate what exist to 3d)

yes, even tho i expect certain portion of cg quality,
but this is the movie i expect more into conceptual and storyline behind
than its own vfx

After reading that wired article, i have even more respect for cameron. I know alot of people think he is an ass, but he put his ass on the line many times trying to make his films, and came out on top, he deserves to tell hollywood off all he wants.

Picked up my 11am Imax ticket for the 18th showing. Cant wait. Couple other co-workers are taking personal days too
