QT and visual studio 2010

I'm new to c++ and visual studio and
I'm trying to translate a python plugin to c++ and compile it in visual studio 2010

I've unpack the qt-4.7.1-include.tar.gz under Maya2013\include\Qt
but when I try to include it:
#include <Qt/QtGui/qevent.h>,
I get a error:
Cannot open include file: 'QtGui/qwindowdefs.h': No such file or directory.

I'm using maya plugin wizard.

any help would be much appreciated!!
