Rig problem, shoulders flipping.
When I rotate the hip along the Z axis to a the left (positive)every thing is fine but when I try and rotate it right (negative) the shoulders flip their rotations to end up flipping perfectly to the opposing sides. you can click here to see a playblast of the problem, any help will be appreciated.

Hard to say exactly what is the problem since I cant look at your rig, but I would guess it is an up-vector (or maybe pole-vector) problem. Turn on local axis display on your spine joints and see if they are flipping. Look at your constraints and ik solvers to see if you can move the object that you are using to derive the aim/up/pole vectors to a better location in the heirarchy.
