Arnold Batch Render- help

In maya 2014 I tried rendering out the animation using maya's Render> Batch Render. That did not work at all. Here is what the command line gave me. It rendered 2 of the 344 frames and saved them somewhere, not where I specified the output to be.

I read the arnold manual and what it said about batch rendering. It seems the cmd (windows 7 user) is the only way to go. I set up the camera in maya and the file output as well.

what maya default batch render look like, not sure why its rendering 2 frames

what I plug into the cmd to make arnold render out an animation

what the cmd does after I hit enter

^^^^^^ why it opening files? It should be creating them

thanks for reading, any help would be great.

Seems that you are not able to open the image for writing into it (that is why it says open).
Check that you have the permissions to write in that location, and also check that space in the path (Cape Cop_3d).
Spaces are usually evil

The problem was that the image sequence stars with 0001 and arnold thinks its stars with 0000, do what i did is rendered out a new sequence that starts at 0000.
