Stretched looking normal map, help is immensely appreciated!

Question Stretched looking normal map, help is immensely appreciated!

Hi, I baked a hipoly to a lowpoly, for normal map. With the normal map applied, I can see in the face of my character, it is stretched, is this something I must fix with how my UV's are layed out?

What I mean by stretched is for example the characters eyes are pulled further apart than how the hipoly model is made.

Also, with the normal map applied, I can see the UV edges on the model, as if I textured it this way, why is this?
