Lighting Car lights
Would love few suggestions from lighting artist on how to actually light and make a car's headlight look believable in Maya.
Few Reference that will help you guys understand what I want:
The tail light, unlike headlight seems to on always and brighten as we Brake..
The shading and the glass seems straight forward (that is, refraction and reflection of the glass & reflectors).
My main problem is to get it look as if its LIT from inside. For Head-Lights and Tail Lamps or even blinkers.
**I initially tired to make an object emit light in VRAY from within the glass, but the result wasn't that great.
