Resolution settings? Retina

Hey there, first of all i'd like to apologize, I had no idea where to put this question so i simply put it here. I bought the new macbook pro with the retina display yesterday and have a few questions about how I can optimize maya with my new computer.

The problem i have is the resolution, I asume there's no special software for the retina display so I installed the regular autodesk maya, and it seems like the resolution is worse then it is on a "normal" screen. So my question is if, where and how i can change some kind of resolution setting so it isn't so "pixely". The whole programme is full of pixels, even the menues have a very bad resolution. I read something about native resolution but couldn't find it. Is that what im looking for? Would be great with help, a lot of the fun with maya disappear when it looks like this.

Best wishes, Carl
