Alpha maps vs studio sphere

Hey guys

Probably I've made some silly mistake and it is easy to fix, however I'm slowly going nuts.

Here's the problem:

- Surface shader is just for sky texture. It could be added in post-production, but this time there's no need.
- Blinn is my studio sphere for light bouncing. Works fine.

The problem is hedge alpha maps are visible only on the studio sphere part (red circle). It looks like alpha map reveals the studio sphere. I tried turning off refractions and reflections in the render stats of studio sphere - nothing.

When I delete the studio sphere everything seems to work, however I lose my preferred lighting.

Any ideas?
I don't even know how to name this error ._.

Many thanks!

Got it working!
As I thought it was something silly.

Just unchecked 'Visible In Transparency' in mental ray tab.

Thanks anyway :-)
