URGENT ncloth sim help please

hi

Im working on a flag simulation where i have character that is stuck inside a waving flag and trying to break out.
Before he actually breaks out we see him push against the surface displacing it while its waving.

I have looked at using wraps which was great in the testing but now with the character it completely freaks out.

Have also tried cache blending but with that i tend to lose a bit of the effect.

Can anybody please help me as to how i can get this effect to work. getting really frustrated with this.

Can you show us an example of what you are trying to do and how you are doing it?

Hi Howard

I have posted two sims play blasts on my youtube channel

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPDudeBrU_k.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yn6pUCqs2Rs

The one is a simple test with object pushing cloth and the other one was testing what the two separate caches look like when blended but i lose a lot of detail in the motion of the waving flag and in the character pushing against the cloth.
