boiling fluid density

ok guys,
i have a scene where im using the dens pressure to create that cool, low buoyancy heavy bubbling look,
buuut my sim is too slow , ive been tweaking everything i can think of, but basicly it takes about 200 frames to really look nice, and i have a 90 frame shot,

just looking for any tips on how to get it moving a bit faster,
i am using pressure and pressure threshold,( 2 and 1.5 )

ill try to attach the scene,

thanks again
RV

Have you tried retiming the cache after simming?
There are a few posts on here about different methods.

ye sir i have,
it was my initial idea when i noticed the timing issues, however i think i need to change the actually emission speed, or something, ill keep tweeking,
thanks for your idea, perhaps a marriage of this and a re timed cache is the key

^^
