Bullet activation and initial velocity

Hello,

I'd like to combine the Rigid Body Activation technique in the Dynamica plugin for Bullet physics with an custom initial velocity, but it seems the initial velocity only affects the rigid body in the start frame of the solver.

Is there a way to specify a velocity of a rigid object at an arbitrary point?

I guess you can't. You can however keyframe the external forces which sort does something similar.
