Wanting to "Photoshop" texture from Camera mapping sequence

Hi all! Hope you've had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

A few months ago I managed to create an image sequence from Camera (or Projection) mapping an actor's head where I am able to extract his face/head texture as an animated sequence with UV coordinates. I was pretty pleased with the result even though improvements can be made.

My intention is wanting to manipulate or add elements to his face texture e.g. clown make-up, bruises or even crazy stuff like making an eye bigger than the other. My problem is that the texture animates, so if I ever added something near the mouth area (when closed) during a moment of dialogue, the composited element would overlap his open mouth! The very same thing goes if I did it for the eyes.

I am here wanting to kindly ask you wonderful people is there a way around this? like is there a way to analyse the face movements so that the composited elements move along with it? I am really stuck here and it's been that way so many months :(

Here is the actual sequence is anyone's interested!
Please let me know what you think!

I would ever so appreciate it if someone could advice me on what to do or help me on this!

Thanks for the time and I look forward hearing back!

Does everyone know what I am talking about by any chance???

I've done this many times in Nuke but you have to first do a rough 3d Match move of some rough geometry to the model. There is a good tutorial on it in the link below.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me!

I have infact came across that video before from The Foundry and it is somewhat helpful, however I would like to point out very importantly, I do not own nor do I know how to use Nuke :( My compositor is infact After Effects and i am trying to look for solutions outside that software.

As you can see in this video breakdown: http://vimeo.com/41770090

The make-up seams where painted on to cover them but you will notice that they also have the same animated movements of the UV texture...this is what I am trying to do, and quite possible for the entire face, inwhich my concern is the movement of the mouth and eyes.

I hope this helps shed more light on the topic, I now included my attempt and this is as far as I got (and now stuck on): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79WcESZuYk4

It might not be perfect but please let me know what you think!
