How to make project 1080HD 50fps in Premiere

I'm rendering out of Maya at 1080HD. My goal was to render out at that resolution and at a higher frame rate than normal, like 48fps. My options are 48, 50, 60 (which should I choose?). I was hoping to burn it to Blu ray but that is not mandatory. What is mandatory is that it must play off a pc and vimeo.

Here the problem. I'm using Premiere CS6 and I can't for the life of me see a 1080 option with a frame rate higher than 30fps. Is this a limitation?

Okay so I just did some reading and it turns out that Vimeo and Youtube only support a max. of 30fps. So looks like I'll need a 30fps version anyways.
