After Effects CC - Horizontal Errors in Image Sequence Render

I rendered an animation in 3ds max with a vray physical cam as a .tga sequence and imported it in after effects.

Mainly on horizontal movements of the objects in the animation, the video shows some weired errors / flickering.

Since its a project for a client, im not allowed to upload the video here.
But i faked the error in photoshop on some basic objects (see image here).

Additional info:
The comp in after effects cc runs on 25fps, no fields (progressive), rendered with QT Animation at 100%.

Frame Blending is not activated.

Any ideas how to solve this error?
Your help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

the next day i went to office and wanted to show the error to one of my colleagues.
the problem has disappeared. from one day to the other. without doing anything!
fortunately there was another colleague, who witnessed the errors the day before.

maybe the gpu was the problem since it had run the whole day on full usage.
