3D Studio Max render frame + Boujou Frame rate ?

Hi,
so I have basically taken footage, put it into boujou, tracked, solved, then exported into 3d max. I put the footage as the viewport background, and also the environment map. Then, I created a 3d object, and put it on the ground of the footage. I went frame by frame in the footage in 3ds max time line, and it was all in sync. But when I export it in PNG, and compose it in after effects the 3d object wobbles, and isnt in sync. But it is really strange how it is in sync in the timeline in 3ds max, but not when I render the video out. I made sure that the Fps in all softwares match (PAL 25). BTW the PNG sequence is somehow shorter !

Any help?

It does sound like a frame rate issue... was the footage tracked at 25 fps? sometimes when a camera track script is run in 3ds max it can change the FPS, and there if every chance something funny is going on in after effects.
