Automated photo-strip

Hi all

Is there a way to automate a sequence of100+ images side-by-side horizontally (like a strip) in Nuke or After Effects without having to manually move them in place? I've tried doing this in Photoshop with Contact Sheet but there are too many images to manually position. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks

Craig

Not sure about AE, but I'm not aware of any way to do this natively in Nuke.

Seems like something that could definitely be handled with a little Python though. A script that takes a few inputs such as # of images, format, etc. and auto-transforms/merges them would do the trick.

a script in nuke would be one (quiet easy) solution

but you could also use the contact sheet node

Ah yea, pingking's suggestion is definitely better. I forgot all about ContactSheet.

I felt like there was something I had used before, but all I could think of was Tile which won't do it.
