Character Creation Tutorials

Hey all!

I am getting back into learning Maya (haven't really done much since I graduated school).

I am looking for a good tutorial that covers the whole character creation process from Modelling-Texturing to Rigging-Animation.
Can someone show me some good ones? They can be free or paid.

Any and all help is much appreciated.

Hi, I'm also back into learning 3D (practising 3D modeling) after a long time. I found this lately. Could be of use to you. Good luck.

When I was a beginer I have learnt a lot from DigitalTutors. They are the best tutorial DVD provider. All the steps for a character to create and getting into life tutorials can be found there.

Digital Tutors can be a bit too basic, and not free of flaws, when you're leaving beginner stage, but if you want an overview of the whole process from the bottom up, with very little assumptions about previous knowledge, a one month subscription and holing yourself up in a room for the duration might not be a bad option.

When you're beginning and willing to spend a lot of time on it, and want the whole stretch (from modelling to surfacing and then to rendering) they are good value for money.
