How do I know Maya 2014 SP1 installed successfully?

Hi everyone,

I've downloaded Maya 2014 Service Pack 1 and just installed it.

However, I did't see any changes with my Maya 2014 after installation.

I am not sure whether Service Pack 1 has been installed to my computer correctly.

Are there any methods to check the version of Maya ?

Thanks a lot.

Hi hforerunner,

Maya 2014 SP1 is a full product installation. You need to uninstall Maya 2014 before installing Maya 2014 SP1. Did you uninstall first?

In the menu, go to Help - About Maya (at bottom), it should show the version there (at top) unless they changed it in 2014.

OH... ...I didn't.

Then I uninstall my Maya 2014 and install Maya 2014 SP1 just right now.
I can see "Autodesk Maya 2014 x64 Service Pack 1" in Help>About Maya.
I think the installation is correct this time.

Thank you all!
