Question // Error: (mental ray) : {TEXS}/ : registry entry {TEXS} not found

Anyone have any information on how/why this could be happening?

I've only experienced it using Maya 2013, (so far), and searching around the web and these forums don't turn up a lot of information.

My scene is confidential or I would post it....I would recreate it in another scene and post that if I knew how to recreate, but I do not.

Rendering with MR, this error seems to come up in the middle of a working session. It has happened with more scenes than 1, but all share similar setups, geo, shaders, etc. I'll do 3 renders with no issues then this will occur. I've been able to fix it using desperate measures such as having a coworker open/resave the scene under a different name, and the new scene will render fine for me. Other times this "method" hasn't worked.

Anyway, this keeps popping up at the most inopportune times and its really frustrating...thanks for any advice
