That is really cool. I am hoping to see a demo with something more complex than a plane and a cube with checkerboard texture on it though. It didn't look fast to interact with in the video.

Apparently one of the Chaos devs did this in a day or two, so I'm hopeful that there's room for improvement.

Yup VP2.0 is turning out to be absolutely amazing to work with with the new dx11 mode, the pixar open subd stuff they showed and now with renderers starting to use it.

I hope it handles more complicated stuff as well, especially UDIM textures.

Yea not viewport 2.0 itself but more the new more external renderer friendly api they have been implementing for the past couple of releases I assume.

IPR uses render view / VFB and you can't interact with it, you still need to keep your camera/perspective view visible and the IPR will updates.

This video, you move things directly in your view port. So you no longer needs to have 2 windows opened. Very much like XSI.

Its part of the new rendering API and VP2 is drawing the wires and the manipulators above the render...
