Resizing viewport changes camera

Hi there;

This is somewhat strange because it has been working properly for years for me..., but in 2013 it doesn't work anymore.

I usually set the camera mode to overscan because I can resize the viewport when maximizing it. If I maximize the camera view, it fills entirely, so I need to resize it down in order to see the whole scene (and settting the camera mode to overscan helps because I can change the overscan value to do it).

Well, in 2013 this doesn't work and the rendered view and the viewport view only matches if I don't use the resolution gate mask at all. If I set that mask, the view distorts and won't match the render.

If this paragraph is confusing, it's my fault (I don't know how to explain the problem!)
