trouble getting vector displacement diagnostic looks right in maya 2013

I am testing zbrush vector displacement diagnostic in maya 2013, using maya dx11 shader + viewport 2.0 renderer.

Although sphere #11 can achieve round shape, but looking up close, I can see a lot of vertex clipping.
Has anyone experience similar problem?

- What exact version of Maya are you using?
(By that I mean what is the last update you installed)

- What file format are you using for the displacement map?

Are you willing to share the scene with me?
I recently fixed a bug in Maya to address Zbrush VDM issues, but would like to confirm they work with your scene.
