failed batch bake and transfer maps for a single mesh with multiple materials

I have a room model with furniture inside and I combine the meshes into one. I created a new UV set using the autometic mapping. The facesówall, floor and furniture have different kinds of material (mia_material_x, lamber, etc.) and colors. I want to generate a single texture sheet for the mesh. How can I bake the texture so that I can simply apply it back to the mesh and all the faces have correct material types and colors?

I tried to use transfer maps (diffuse), but the texture turn out to be a lamber and the color is not right. I relink the UV sets, but it looks totally messy, especially at the mia_material parts. I also tried batch bake (mental ray) but it give totally black lambert and all other colors are lost.

I have struggled for more than a week. Please help! Any idea is appreciated!
