Scaling my textured Mesh

Hello!

If I scale a mesh (with a texture mapped on it) on one axis, the relative texture will result a little bit stretched (there's a perfect circle painted on the texture, if I scale the mesh it becomes, obviously, an oval).

As a result of this, I try to receive (from the UV texture editor) the UV map done after the scaling. I can't! I just done "automatical mapping" again, repainted the texture in photoshop, re-imported but it still looks stretched.

How can I export the UV snapshot relative to the scaling I've done to my object?

Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance!

UV map isn't changeable wheather u scale it or deform it. I am not sure but suggest a way: freeze all attributes of ur model; map the uv; paint the texture; apply it.

It worked! "Freeze transformation" resetted the uv's according to the scaling I've done to the mesh.

Thanks a lot!
