Allegorithmic Bitmap2Material - Textures disappear when reloading project!

Hello guys,

I have a weird issue with Allegorithmic's Bitmap2Material Plugin.

Every time I save my project after I applied the Bitmap2Material Plugin using any texture and reload my project the texture is missing (sometimes i can still see the normal map).

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.

I am terribly sorry to bump this to the top again but I am a newcomer to Maya and I am desperate and need to complete my Final Project for University.

So it would be nice if someone could help me out if possible.

Thanks.

Best ask the plug in's creator I suppose.

Tho as convenient as it is, I advise you generate your map properly and not relying on having them created on the fly for you.

If you are using Maya 2012, this is a known issue with Substances using bitmap inputs.
Try this script and see if it works for you:

Cheers,
