rigging issue

Hello guys, i rigg this model with 3ds max and biped, inside of the 3ds scene is everything okey, but if i export that like the FBX and again import back, model is doing this, one bone (bip001 palvis) staing in center, i try remove it from skin tab, and nothing happend, do you have some experience with this ?? help me please
