Lighting problem

I've been trying to learn some lighting techniques.
Right now, I have created a simple four-point lighting setup- Key light from the left, fill from the right, rim from behind, bounce from below. All basic target spots.
The render came out looking really good, but there is a little problem.
My subject is a basic teapot, rendered in mental ray with a TH porcelain material applied.
The problem is there is a big glossy specular highlight from each of the four lights. It looks funny with all those highlights. Is there a simple way to only get a highlight from just one or two of the lights, and not the others?

If you are using regular max lights and not photometric ones, there's a checkbox under the modify panel for specular as well as other useful parameters.
