3dsmax corrupted after crash

I have a big problem. It happenned after a wake up from sleep windows session.
I closed max, it said do I want to save the scene, I said yes, then I poped up another instance of max that was running at the same time while the first was saving. Windows crashed.
Since then, I try launch max but it stop at the middle of the launch (splash screen), and disappear.
The problem is that I tried everything, from repairing to even uninstall/reinstall the whole program, same issue, it stops at the middle of the launch process.
Max 2011 runs fine.
I don't what to do, max 2012 seems lost for me...
Does anyone knows how to fix that without reinstalling windows and the whole system? Doing so is really painful.

Try deleting the appdata folders for this install of max (C:\Users\Aaron\AppData ... 3dsmax) , both local and roaming. This will erase your keyboard shortcuts etc, but will likely fix your issue.

Thank you for this.
I didn't think about appdata folder.
Anyway, I finally got max to work by reinstalling windows... the hard way lol.
