max crash without CER...

Lately it seems that CER doesn't catch all max crashes... In my case: Error in parameter wire...

use 2014 with SP1...

Can anyone confirm?

I can confirm that I have been seeing some crashes without the CER dialog. But mine are mainly upon quit, and might have something to do with mParticles.

No. I have created a few Error Reports in the past. It's takes time to created it. Almost all of my cases was closed with something like "Won't fixed, is a design decision"...

btw. you should IMHO post that subscription users should create a "technical support case" in subscription centre and should not use the public form. The public form has for me something like "write to trash"... You send it and you never hear anything about it... For a "technical support case" i get always a feedback.

In my case: I have to test how i can reproduce the "max crash without CER"... This takes time. Then i have to write a error report... This takes time. What do I get? Nothing.

If you find the time to log it I will be happy to review it personally. All the public defects come directly to me and then the appropriate QA reviews it and sends it to the dev. While we are not able to follow-up with every user, these are properly reviewed. We do now contact users when there are expected files missing or if we can not reproduce the issue.

I would be happy to assist you here if I can get a reproducible case.

Thank you,
